  • Shipping Policy

    If you received an order confirmation email, we are working hard to fill your order as quickly as possible.

    Please reference individual product pages for the most up to date shipping dates for specific items.

    Orders ship within 1-2 business days. However, please allow 2-7 business days for shipping during re-stocks or launches due to high order volume. This does not include shipping time, weekends, or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

    Please note that if you order multiple items, your order will ship once all items are ready. If you have a pre-order item on your order, the other items will not ship until that pre-order item is ready.

      Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the approval.

      * Please note that there is a $5 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

      Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

      • We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
      • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
      • Return shipping is covered by the customer. We do not provide return labels.
      • The Bar reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
      • We do not accept returns on sale items.

      International Returns

      In order to ensure the safest business practices for our customers, staff and faculties, we are not accepting international returns at this time.

      Defective Items

      If an item is received damaged or defective, please conact us within 3 days of receiving.

      We offer returns for a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange for a different size or color.

    • Exchanges

      We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on www.the--bar.com in the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.

      Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge on domestic orders.

      If you would like to exchange an item purchased on www.the--bar.com, please send us a request for a return authorization within 7 days of delivery date.

      All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

      We offer an exchange for a different size or color or store credit.

  • What is your return policy?

    While we hope you love everything in your order, we understand that sometimes it’s not always a perfect fit. The Bar offers returns on full price merchandise only.

  • When can I expect to receive my refund and/or store credit

    Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your store credit to be processed. Once your store credit has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.

    Should there be no further update after 10 business days, please contact us for further assistance from our support team.

  • Returned to Sender / Refused Packages

    Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.

  • Can you reserve the item(s) on my exchange order?

    At this time, we cannot reserve any items for an exchange.

    To ensure that you receive the item(s) on your exchange order, we suggest returning your original items using the shipping label as soon as possible.

  • How do I return / exchange my international order?
