Return Policy

The Bar offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 30 days of the order shipment date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

Please note the shipping cost for the return is deducted from your order total. If you return an item and select a gift card this shipping fee is waived.

Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed and sent back in the original packaging. If the item is not sent back on the hanger in new condition we will not be able to accept the return and it will be sent back to the customer. The Bar reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

To initiate a return, please click here. You will be able to specify what item(s) you are returning and will be able to print a USPS Ground Label.

Please prepare your return in original packaging and box. Once your return is prepared, you can drop it at any USPS location.

All returns are shipped back to our warehouse via USPS Ground to our warehouse in New York City. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping your return from. You will receive shipping updates on your return.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.

The Bar offers exchanges purchased within 30 days of the shipment date. If you would like to purchase a new style you are able to do so via our returns portal. There is no return shipping or restocking fee for exchanges.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Bar does not offer price adjustments at this time.
