    UPS Next Day Air Order before 12/21 at 12 PM EST and all orders will arrive prior to Christmas
    UPS Ground Orders are not guaranteed before Christmas due to the high holiday order volume. Avg Transit Time: 3-5 Business days
    USPS Priority Orders are not guaranteed before Christmas due to the high holiday order volume. Avg Transit Time: 3-7 Business days
    NYC ONLY Next Day Delivery $10 Next Day Delivery : all orders placed after 12 PM EST will be delivered within 48 hours

  • Shipping Policy

    If you received an order confirmation email, we are working hard to fill your order as quickly as possible.

    Please reference individual product pages for the most up to date shipping dates for specific items.

    Orders ship within 1-2 business days. However, please allow 1-3 weeks for shipment during re-stocks or launches due to high order volume. This does not include shipping time, weekends, or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

    Please note that if you order multiple items, your order will ship once all items are ready. If you have a pre-order item on your order, the other items will not ship until that pre-order item is ready.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Standard Ground orders placed before 12pm EST are processed the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on holidays are processed within 2 business days. Express orders placed before 2pm EST Monday- Friday will be processed the same day.

    Your package will arrive within 2-5 business days of processing. If there is a significant delay expected in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Note: This information applies to all orders within the United States.

  • How long will it take to ship my order during launches or restocks?

    Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipment during re-stocks or launches due to high order volume. This does not include shipping time, weekends, or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

  • What if I ordered multiple items?

    Please note that if you order multiple items, your order will ship once all items are ready. If you have a pre-order item on your order, the other items will not ship until that pre-order item is ready.

  • Will I receive an email confirmation?

    You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order to the email address provided. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

  • Delivery Information

    If no one is home at the time of delivery, your package will be left in a safe location at your shipping address. Be sure to check around the front of your home, especially behind bins/pots, plants/fences, and under doormats. We also recommend checking with your building management or neighbors who may have collected it for you.

    If Route Shipping Protection is not added to your order, The Bar is not liable for damaged, lost, or stolen items

    The Bar is not responsible for held, lost, or damaged packages shipped to freight forwarding services. If you placed an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company to locate your shipment.

  • International Shipments

    For international shipments (outside of the United States), please note that the International Shipping fee is not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be incurred upon your order when the package reaches your destination. Customs and import duties are determined by your country of residence, and may vary based on package size and weight
